Skyview Students Win at FCCLA Competition

Skyview High School is proud to announce that four of its CTE fashion students were recognized for their excellent work at the Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) competition. The competition was held in Glendale, AZ, April 26- 27, and had students from across the state competing in culinary arts, auto mechanics and fashion.The four students that won awards were Korie T., Summer Q., Fernanda B. and Alondra R. This was the first year that these four students participated in the competition. left to right:Fernanda B.,Alondra R.,Summer Q. and Korie TKorie Thompson won a Gold Medal in the recycled and redesign category. “it was really fantabulous to win.” Korie said.
