Howard Bell • Community Development Officer

Howard Bell has been working in the charter school arena for over 10 years. A passion for learning and building community around the local school is the drive behind his zeal.

Howard has lived in Arizona for over 20 years, where he has dedicated his time and energy to building communities through relationships with local churches, adoption agencies, 501C3 organizations, state agencies and various other community focused programs.

Bell graduated from Arizona State University.

As community development officer, Howard is dedicated to building education and community around all of Leona’s schools.
