MIDWEST ACADEMIES The Leona Group was formed in Michigan in 1996, serving 964 students at four fledgling schools. The Leona Group has since grown to provide educational choice to nearly 60 school communities in six states. Now with over 11 years of experience in offering a rich variety of quality choices in K-12 education, we look to the future with hope and promise that every child will have quality educational opportunities and indeed no child will be left behind.
