Enrolling at South Pointe High School is simple. You may request an enrollment packet, download the forms, or obtain a packet from our office. Once your documents are completely filled out please return them to a member of our office staff. Lastly, is an interview with an administrator.
If you prefer to download the enrollment packet, please be advised there are three forms you will complete in office. These are excluded as they are carbon copy forms.
Please take time to review the checklist for completing the enrollment packet. There are several items which we must obtain prior to enrollment, be sure to submit copies or originals of the following:
- Immunization records
- Birth certificate
- Unofficial transcripts
- Withdrawl slip
- Grade 8 diploma or certificate
