School Performance 

AIMS data for 2009/2010:

-We met 95% tested in Math and Reading.
-We met our Annual Measurable Objective in Reading.
-We met 80% graduation rate or increased 2% from previous year.

NCA Accreditation
South Pointe High School is accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, an independent organization that reviews public schools and colleges. The accreditation process consists of a thorough review, evaluation and graded report of the school's mission, performance goals, courses, teacher instruction, administrative procedures and achievement data, to name a few areas, by a North Central Association team.

To students and parents, accreditation means that student transcripts and grades are accepted by colleges throughout the country.

After graduation: South Pointe Alumni now attend Arizona State University, the University of Arizona, Northern Arizona University, the University of Texas, Spellman College, Morehouse College, Chaminade University, Grand Canyon University, Devry University and Maricopa County community Colleges.
