We are currently accepting applications for all grade levels! Please come into the school and pick up an application. To expidite the process, please have the following available:

Each child's

• original birth certificate
• current immunization records
• last report card
• social securtiy number
• picture ID for the person enrolling the child
• case number if you receive aid from the state (for lunch application purposes only)
